The location of this place is great, with easy access to a metro station, supermarket, mall, and even a botanical garden within a short drive.

The location is just 50 m away from a subway station and it takes only another 10 min. to reach the top center of the city. There is also a big shopping center nearby.

The staff was totally indifferent to guests. Breakfast was quite disappointing.

Had a very pleasant stay for a 2 to 3 days business trip, glad I've chosen it. The location was nice and unbeatable because it was close enough to a subway station and a hypermarket, the big stores, and a mall. The staff was incredibly kind and pleasant, they were always available.

The shower cabin is leaky, it makes a pool in the bathroom. No Wi-Fi coverage outside the reception hall.

The receptionists were very helpful, having a PC on-line in the lobby and a water machine all made the stay worthwhile. Breakfast was adequate to last you through to lunch. In a nutshell the hotel is worthy of a fair price. I particularly liked that Cora (Supermarket) was just 5 minutes walk away which gives the clients just about anything they need to hand. A room at the rear of the hotel is very quiet and if staying again, I would opt for this on a request to them.

The management made no effort to correspond and I personally felt like a 2nd class citizen on the occasional time their presence was there. The rooms at the front end of the Hotel are quite noisy due to the main road drive through.

We loved the rooms with a sofa, and the location was great, being so close to a train station and a popular area nearby.

A little bit noise from the street. There was no parking place when I arrived, desprite I have reserved one. I have to move my car later, when there was free space.

I stayed at a hotel recently and I was blown away by the amazing location and convenience it offered. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed, from a hairdryer to a flat-screen TV. The hotel had a 24-hour reception and security, which made me feel safe and cared for. The breakfast was jaw-droppingly delicious and the lovely ladies at the reception gave me great recommendations for exploring the city. I highly recommend this place for a mind-blowing stay!

We stayed with our 1 and 3 year old children and were pleasantly surprised to find a spare bed in our room. Hotel staff were friendly and very welcoming and accommodating. Room spacious and domestic staff did a great job cleaning and tidying each day. Will stay again next year. Thanks.

Proximity to main intersection inevitably means some traffic noise but great location.

The position of the hotel, very near to the Metro station.

The wireless network of the hotel was not working. There wasn't a hairdryer in the room, which is why the hotel staff allowed us to move to another room which had a hair dryer.

The reception-staff was kind and helpfull

There is no lounge/bar where you can sit for a drink etc.and they donot sell alcoholic drinks. The breakfast is not so good also the woman who serve the breakfast is not friendly (no goodmorning, no talk etc.) and many times she is not around.

The place is clean with friendly staff and has an excellent location close to a tube station, with a chemist's and a supermarket neighboring the venue.
